Gingerbread Granola Butter Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

What you need:
1 ¾ cups AP or gluten-free flour
1/4 cup Gingerbread Granola Butter
½ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons freshly ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup molasses
½ cup oil (coconut or vegetable)
1 egg
Splash vanilla extract
Pinch salt
What you do:
1. Mix granola butter, egg, oil, molasses and vanilla together in a small bowl.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, spices, baking soda and salt.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
4. Add to cupcake tin and bake @ 350 for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let cool, and frost with cream cheese frosting & chai caramel drizzle.
