Mermaid Chia Pudding
Mermaid Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1c almond milk
- 1/4c chia seeds
- 1T maple syrup
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: frozen raspberries, bee pollen, granola butter, Sakara detox bar
What to do:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight). Stir every 15 minutes to prevent clumping (but not the end of the world if not!)
2. Top with toppings of your choice. Take a photo because if you did not instagram it, it definitely didn't happen.
