Pumpkin Seed Breakfast Bowl
If there’s one thing I’m serious about in 2020, it’s breakfast. And for me, a high-quality breakfast has to check three boxes: 1. Delicious (duh), 2. Quick, and 3. Easy. Well friends, I’m happy to tell you that this baby has it ALL.
The star of the show? These Honey + Sea Salt Pumpkin Seed Bars from Health Warrior. They’re made with simple, minimal ingredients (love that) and taste incredible — slightly sweet from the honey, rich and nutty from the pumpkin seeds, and a hint of sea salt to bring it all home.
Best of all, they have 7g of plant-based protein per bar, so I’ve been incorporating them into my bowls. Especially for starting fresh in the new year, 10/10 would recommend for making you kweens into true health warrior kweens in 2020! Check out these bars on the Health Warrior website or their Instagram.

- Inhale. Faceplant. All of the above.
