4-Ingredient Crunch Bars (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar-Free)

These 4-ingredient Crunch Bars are *even better* than the OG 😉

Here's what you'll need:

🤎 1 1/2 cups puffed rice

🤎 1 cup Vanilla Granola Butter

🤎 ⅓ cup maple syrup

🤎 1 cup chocolate chips

🤎 1/2 tbsp coconut oil


Here's what you'll do:

🤎 Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

🤎 In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice, Vanilla Granola Butter, and maple syrup. Stir well until all the puffed rice is evenly coated with the GB and maple syrup mixture.

🤎 Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Using a spatula or your hands, press the mixture down firmly into an even layer, ensuring it’s packed tightly to help the bars hold together.

🤎 In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

🤎 Pour the melted chocolate over the puffed rice mixture in the pan and spread it evenly over the top with a spatula. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set and the bars are firm.

🤎 Once the bars are set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift them out of the pan. Place them on a cutting board and cut them into bars. Store the crunch bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
