Air Frier Red Velvet Donut Holes (High Protein, Nut-Free)

Excuse me, Dunkin’ who?? These lil cuties are guaranteed to make you have a good day - plus, they taste INSANE 🥵 

Here’s what you’ll need:

❤️ 1 cup minus 2 tbsp flour

❤️ 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

❤️ 1 ½ tsp baking powder

❤️ ¼ tsp salt

❤️ ¾ cup greek yogurt

❤️ 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

❤️ 1 ½ tbsp granulated sugar

❤️ 1 tsp red food coloring

❤️ Fun sprinkles

❤️ 2 tbsp butter, melted

❤️ 4 oz cream cheese, softened

❤️ 2 tbsp Red Velvet Granola Butter®

❤️ 1 tbsp powdered sugar

❤️ ½ tsp vanilla extract

 

Here’s what you’ll do:

❤️ In a large bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and red food coloring.

❤️ Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir together with a wooden spoon until the dough forms.

❤️ Lay the dough on a lightly floured surface and fold the sprinkles into the dough.

❤️ Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces, and roll into balls. Lightly dust with flour and then allow to sit for 10 minutes.

❤️ While they are sitting, preheat the air fryer to 375F.

❤️ Place a piece of parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer.

❤️ Brush the tops of the donut holes with melted butter, then place in the air fryer basket.

❤️ Air fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown on top.

❤️ Then, turn the donut holes over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

❤️ Remove from the basket and repeat if you need to make them in multiple batches.

❤️ While cooking, beat together the cream cheese, Granola Butter®, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract for the dip. Put into a small bowl and then sprinkle sprinkles on top.

❤️ When the donut holes are finished, dust the tops with powdered sugar an dip into the red velvet cream cheese dip. Enjoy!!
