Air Fryer Apple Fritters w/ Granola Butter Glaze (Nut-Free, Veg)

The way that anything apples + cinnamon screams fall cozinessĀ šŸ™Œ Iā€™m just envisioning eating these on a crisp autumn Sunday morning with my PSL in front of the fireplace šŸ„µ Promise these will become one of your new fall favorites!!

Hereā€™s what youā€™ll need:

šŸŽ 1 cup flour

šŸŽ 1 cup greek yogurt

šŸŽ 1 Ā½ tsp baking soda

šŸŽ 1 apple, diced


For the cinnamon sugar coating:

šŸŽ Ā¼ cup coconut sugar

šŸŽ 2-3 tsp cinnamon


For the Granola Butter glaze:

šŸŽ Ā½ cup greek yogurt

šŸŽ 2 tbsp Original Granola Butter

šŸŽ 2-3 tsp almond milk


Hereā€™s what youā€™ll do:

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Preheat the air fryer to 375F.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ In a medium bowl, combine the flour, greek yogurt, and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Then, add in the diced apple and mix until evenly distributed in the dough.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar coating.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Scoop the dough out (about 2 tbsp per ball) and use your hands to roll into a round shape.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Roll around the ball in the cinnamon sugar coating, making sure to completely cover the surface. Repeat until the dough is gone.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Spray the basket of your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, place the fritters inside, and air fry for 6-8 minutes.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ While they are baking, mix together the ingredients for the Granola Butter glaze.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Once done, remove from the air fryer and drizzle the Granola Butter glaze on top. Enjoy!
