Air Fryer Apple Fritters w/ Granola Butter Glaze (Nut-Free, Veg)

Here’s what you’ll need:

🍎 1 cup flour

🍎 1 cup greek yogurt

🍎 1 ½ tsp baking soda

🍎 1 apple, diced

For the cinnamon sugar coating:

🍎 ¼ cup coconut sugar

🍎 2-3 tsp cinnamon

For the Granola Butter glaze:

🍎 ½ cup greek yogurt

🍎 2 tbsp Original Granola Butter

🍎 2-3 tsp almond milk

Here’s what you’ll do:

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ In a medium bowl, combine the flour, greek yogurt, and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Then, add in the diced apple and mix until evenly distributed in the dough.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar coating.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Scoop the dough out (about 2 tbsp per ball) and use your hands to roll into a round shape.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Roll around the ball in the cinnamon sugar coating, making sure to completely cover the surface. Repeat until the dough is gone.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Spray the basket of your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, place the fritters inside, and air fry for 6-8 minutes.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ While they are baking, mix together the ingredients for the Granola Butter glaze.
