Air Fryer Apple Fritters with GB Glaze (High-Protein, Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

Here's what you'll need:

๐ŸŽ 1 cup flour (can sub 1:1 GF flour)

๐ŸŽ 1 cup greek yogurt

๐ŸŽ 1 ยฝ tsp baking soda

๐ŸŽ 1 apple, diced

For the cinnamon sugar coating:

๐ŸŽ ยผ cup coconut sugar

๐ŸŽ 2-3 tsp cinnamon

For the Granola Butterยฎ glaze:

๐ŸŽ ยฝ cup greek yogurt

๐ŸŽ 2 tbsp Originalย Granola Butterยฎ

๐ŸŽ 2-3 tsp almond milk

Here's what you'll do:

๐ŸŽ Preheat the air fryer to 375F.

๐ŸŽ In a medium bowl, combine the flour, greek yogurt, and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms.

๐ŸŽ Then, add in the diced apple and mix until evenly distributed in the dough.

๐ŸŽ In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar coating.

๐ŸŽ Scoop the dough out (about 2 tbsp per ball) and use your hands to roll into a round shape.

๐ŸŽ Roll around the ball in the cinnamon sugar coating, making sure to completely cover the surface. Repeat until the dough is gone.

๐ŸŽ Spray the basket of your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, place the fritters inside, and air fry for 6-8 minutes.

๐ŸŽ While they are baking, mix together the ingredients for theย Granola Butterยฎ glaze.

๐ŸŽ Once done, remove from the air fryer and drizzle the glaze on top. INHALE!
