Air Fryer Apple Fritters with GB Glaze (High-Protein, Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

Here's what you'll need:
๐ 1 cup flour (can sub 1:1 GF flour)
๐ 1 cup greek yogurt
๐ 1 ยฝ tsp baking soda
๐ 1 apple, diced
For the cinnamon sugar coating:
๐ ยผ cup coconut sugar
๐ 2-3 tsp cinnamon
For the Granola Butterยฎ glaze:
๐ ยฝ cup greek yogurt
๐ 2 tbsp Originalย Granola Butterยฎ
๐ 2-3 tsp almond milk
ย
Here's what you'll do:
๐ Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
๐ In a medium bowl, combine the flour, greek yogurt, and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms.
๐ Then, add in the diced apple and mix until evenly distributed in the dough.
๐ In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar coating.
๐ Scoop the dough out (about 2 tbsp per ball) and use your hands to roll into a round shape.
๐ Roll around the ball in the cinnamon sugar coating, making sure to completely cover the surface. Repeat until the dough is gone.
๐ Spray the basket of your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, place the fritters inside, and air fry for 6-8 minutes.
๐ While they are baking, mix together the ingredients for theย Granola Butterยฎ glaze.
๐ Once done, remove from the air fryer and drizzle the glaze on top. INHALE!
