Air Fryer Banana Sushi (Kid-Friendly, Nut-Free, School Safe)

Dessert sushi is my new favorite thing. It's cute, it's delicious, and it's 100% kid-approved 🥳

Here's what you'll need:

🍌 1 tortilla

🍌 1 banana

🍌 2 tbsp Chocolate Birthday Cake Granola Butter™

🍌 Optional honey, for drizzling

🍌 Optional powdered sugar, for dusting

🍌 Optional greek yogurt, for dipping


Here's what you'll do:

🍌 Preheat air fryer to 400F.

🍌 Spread the Chocolate Birthday Cake Granola Butter™ on a tortilla.

🍌 Place the banana on one side of the tortilla (you may need to break the banana up into large chunks if it’s really curved).

🍌 Starting from the side of the tortilla with the banana on it, roll it up.

🍌 Slice into bite sized pieces.

🍌 Place a piece of parchment paper into the basket of the air fryer and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

🍌 Place the banana sushi slices in the basket of the air fryer.

🍌 Air fry at 400F for 6-8 minutes.

🍌 Top with a drizzle of honey and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.

🍌 Serve with greek yogurt to dip!
