Banana Bread Bites

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix in Granola Butter and maple syrup. In a separate bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and pinch of salt.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dryย and stir until a soft dough forms. Roll the dough into balls (should give you 8-12 depending onย size) and chill them in the fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. While they are in the freezer, meltย your chocolate chips with a splash of oil.
  5. Remove the balls from the freezer and dip them intoย the chocolate.
  6. Immediately garnish each ball with granola before the chocolate sets.
  7. Enjoy!


Store in the fridge for up to 1 week (if they last that long...) or the freezer for up to 1 month.

**The texture and taste of the dough really depend on the type of protein powder you use and how ripe your banana is. Feel free to adjust the ingredients as needed, this recipe is flexible and forgiving!
