Banana Bread Cottage Cheese Toast

We call this one a well-balanced breakfast… or a treat. 😌🍌🍞✨ 

Ingredients:

🍌1 slice sourdough 

🍌1 serving of cottage cheese

🍌1 banana, sliced

🍌1 tsp coconut oil

🍌1–2 tsp maple syrup or agave

🍌1–2 tbsp Oat Haus Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Granola 

🍌Cinnamon, to taste

🍌Maple syrup, for drizzling

Instructions:

🍌Toast your bread until golden and crispy.  

🍌Heat a small pan over medium heat and add coconut oil.

🍌 Add banana slices and drizzle with maple syrup or agave.

🍌Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until caramelized and lightly browned.

🍌Sprinkle with cinnamon. 

🍌 Spread cottage cheese evenly over the warm toast.

🍌 Top with the caramelized bananas.

🍌 Garnish with Oat Haus Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Granola and finish with an extra maple drizzle and more cinnamon.
