Banana Bread Cottage Cheese Toast | Nut-Free

We call this one a well-balanced breakfastโ€ฆ or a healthy treat. ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿžโœจย  It's made with low sugar, high fiber, gluten-free, vegan granola.ย 

Ingredients:

๐ŸŒ1 slice sourdoughย 

๐ŸŒ1 serving of cottage cheese

๐ŸŒ1 banana, sliced

๐ŸŒ1 tsp coconut oil

๐ŸŒ1โ€“2 tsp maple syrup or agave

๐ŸŒ1โ€“2 tbsp low sugar Oat Haus Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Granolaย 

๐ŸŒCinnamon, to taste

๐ŸŒMaple syrup, for drizzling

Instructions:

๐ŸŒToast your bread until golden and crispy. ย 

๐ŸŒHeat a small pan over medium heat and add coconut oil.

๐ŸŒย Add banana slices and drizzle with maple syrup or agave.

๐ŸŒCook for 1โ€“2 minutes per side until caramelized and lightly browned.

๐ŸŒSprinkle with cinnamon.ย 

๐ŸŒย Spread cottage cheese evenly over the warm toast.

๐ŸŒย Top with the caramelized bananas.

๐ŸŒ Garnish with Oat Haus Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Granola and finish with an extra maple drizzle and more cinnamon.
