'Banana Bread' Pockets (High Protein, Vegan, Nut-Free)

An easy snack that doesn’t require any effort? You got it 🫡🫡

Here's what you'll need:

⚡️ 3 small tortillas

⚡️ 3 tbsp Vanilla Protein Granola Butter®

⚡️ 1 large banana

⚡️ Coconut yogurt

⚡️ Fruit of choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc!)

 

Here's what you'll do:

⚡️ Start by spreading Vanilla Protein Granola Butter® in the center of the tortilla.

⚡️ Chop the banana in small pieces and place in the center on top of the GB.

⚡️ Fold the tortilla up in a little pocket and place in a toaster for 3-5 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.

⚡️ Once ready, serve with coconut yogurt & fruit!!
