Banana Cinnamon Roll Waffles (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)
Eggo who??? These waffles will have you forgetting the toaster version even exists - they're easy, they're delicious, and they're gluten & dairy-free!!ย

Here's what you'll need:
๐ง 1 banana
๐ง 2 eggs
๐ง ยพ tsp baking powder
๐ง ยผ cup gluten free all-purpose flour
๐ง ยผ cup Cinnamon Roll Granola Butterยฎ
๐ง Optional toppings: coconut yogurt, powdered sugar, maple syrup

Here's what you'll do:
๐ง In a small bowl, mash the banana. Then, add in the egg and baking powder, and whisk to incorporate.
๐ง Add in the gluten free flour and then whisk until the batter is well combined.
๐ง Preheat your waffle iron. Spoon the Cinnamon Roll Granola Butterยฎ into a small ziploc bag and cut one of the corners off to allow to pipe.
๐ง Using a ยผ cup, scoop the batter into the preheated waffle iron. Then, pipe a โcinnamon rollโ design on top of the batter with the Cinnamon Roll Granola Butterยฎ. Cook the waffles until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter and GB.
๐ง Plate the waffles, and top with coconut yogurt, powdered sugar, maple syrup and/or any other toppings if desired :)
