Banana Protein Pancakes

Nothing like some Granola Butter in your pancakes. 🍌 

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Granola Butter (any flavor works)
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions 

  1. Mash banana with fork in a bowl
  2. Add 2 eggs, Granola Butter & salt. Mix well. 
  3. Pour on a greased, hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. 
  4. Stack on a plate and add butter, maple syrup & toppings of your choice. 
  5. Inhale.
