NUT FREE PERFECT BARS

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup oat flour (can make your own with oats and a blender)
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Cookie Dough Granola Butter (can use any flavor)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, and salt.
- Add in Granola Butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Mix. It will be very thick, I suggest using your hands to really mix well. It should eventually come together like play dough, but if it’s still too dry, add more coconut oil. You want them to be FIRM not soft and too much coconut oil will make them soft.
- Mix in chocolate chips, again using hand or spoon.
- Press into a bread pan (~8×4) and add more chocolate chips on top if desired. Press them into the top.
- Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into. Store in fridge.
GRANOLA BALLS

Ingredients
- 1 cup Cookie Dough Granola
- 1/3 cup Cookie Dough Granola Butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp unflavored protein powder
- Melted chocolate (for coating)
- Sea salt flakes (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cookie Dough Granola, Cookie Dough Granola Butter, maple syrup, almond flour, vanilla extract, salt, and protein powder. Mix until well combined and the mixture sticks together.
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the balls on a parchment-lined tray. If needed, chill the granola balls in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place them back on the parchment-lined tray.
- Sprinkle each ball with a pinch of sea salt flakes while the chocolate is still wet. Enjoy!
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

- Sammy #2: Cinnamon Graham Granola Butter & Sliced Apples
- Sammy #3: Brownie Batter Granola Butter
- Sammy #4: Red Velvet Granola Butter (limited edition flavor) & Cream Cheese
Instructions
Assembly with bread of choice & enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery
- ⅓ cup Cinnamon Graham Granola Butter
- ¼ cup raisins or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cut and wash celery
- Spread Granola Butter on each stalk
- Add raisins or chocolate chips to each stalk
- Inhale
