Make it your birthday any day with these yummy recipes featuring Birthday Cake Granola Butter. 🎂🤸

BIRTHDAY CAKE:

Chocolate Truffles

🍫+🎂= 🥳!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Birthday Cake Granola Butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate Coating: 

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp or so coconut oil (enough to reach a good liquid consistency)


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to shape the mixture. 
  3. Place the truffles on a lined plate.
  4. Freeze for about 20 minutes or enjoy as is!
  5. Optional: Make your chocolate coat by melting the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  6. Remove from the freezer* and dip in the chocolate. Enjooyy!

*Store in the fridge or freezer!

Crispy Treats

A childhood staple made even more fun.🤸

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons salted butter
  • 16 ounce bag mini marshmallows, divided
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 6 cups rice krispies cereal
  • ½ cup Oat Haus Birthday Cake Granola Butter
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add in all but 1 cup of the marshmallows. Reduce heat to low and continue stirring until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Add the cereal, Granola Butter and the remaining 1 cup of marshmallows and gently stir until combined.
  4. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Press GENTLY with your fingertips just until completely spread out (the harder you pack them in, the harder they are to eat).
  5. Spread a thin layer of Granola Butter over the mixture and top with white chocolate chips.
  6. Allow to set, about 1 hour (you can refrigerate if impatient like me). Cut and enjoy!

  2. Chop them up, and mix them into vanilla ice cream.
  3. Finish it off with sprinkles and a caramel drizzle!

  1. In a blender, combine 2 tbsp of Granola Butter for every 1 cup of water
  2. Blend until combined - hello Birthday Cake oat milk 🤤
  3. Mix your oat milk + espresso as usual
  4. Top with whipped cream + sprinkles
