BLUE MONSTER CHIA PUDDING 🩵💙🤍 (Vegan, GF, High Protein)

The only way we’re eating chia pudding from now on!!! 🙂‍🩵💙🤍

Here's what you'll need:

🌀 ¼ cup chia seeds

🌀 1 cup + 1 tbsp almond milk (plus more if needed, depending on consistency after chia has sat in the fridge)

🌀 1 scoop unflavored protein powder

🌀 2 tablespoons Blue Monster Granola Butter

🌀 1 tablespoon maple syrup (add more if needed)

🌀 1 tsp blue spirulina powder

🌀 2 tbsp chocolate chips + ½ tsp coconut oil

Top with:

🌀 Coconut yogurt mixed with blue spirulina powder

🌀 1-2 crushed cookies

 

Here's what you'll do:

🌀 In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.

🌀 Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

🌀 Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15-20 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

🌀 Once chia pudding is set, divide into servings (can make up to 2) and drizzle the melted chocolate on top of each serving. Top with crushed cookies and place in the fridge to harden!
