C&C Overnight Protein Oats (Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan)

We are on our protein GAME latelyย ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ And these overnight oats pack a punch with tons of protein and unreal flavorย ๐Ÿ”ฅ Plus, they're easy to prep ahead so you can have a delicious high-protein breakfast all week long for those busy mornings!!

Here's what you'll need:

๐Ÿ’˜ 1/2 cup GF rolled oats

๐Ÿ’˜ 3/4 cup protein shake (I used OWYN Cookies & Cream flavor) - you could also omit this and just do 3/4 - 1 cup milk of choice + 2 scoops protein powder of choice!

๐Ÿ’˜ 1 tablespoon Cookies & Creamย Granola Butterยฎ

๐Ÿ’˜ 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips

๐Ÿ’˜ 1 tsp coconut oil

๐Ÿ’˜ 2 Oreos (or Oreo dupe)

Here's what you'll do:

๐ŸŽ‰ Pour oats into a bowl or tupperware, and add protein shake (or milk + protein powder) to cover.

๐ŸŽ‰ Stir mixture and add 1 crushed Oreo cookie + Cookies & Creamย Granola Butterยฎ. Stir again and set aside.

๐ŸŽ‰ In a separate bowl, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 15 second increments until melted.

๐ŸŽ‰ Pour melted white chocolate on top of oats mixture and add another crumbled Oreo plus extra Cookies & Creamย Granola Butterยฎ if desired.

๐ŸŽ‰ Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
