Cherry Pie Stuffed Dates!!! ๐Ÿ’ (High Protein, Nut-Free, Dairy-Free)

The girlies' favorite snack, this time with our Cherry Pie GB!!!ย This recipe makes about 15 stuffed medjool dates :)

Here's what you'll need:

๐Ÿ’ 1 cup yogurt (we used dairy-free yogurt)

๐Ÿ’ ยฝ scoop unflavored protein powder

๐Ÿ’ 2-3 tbsp Cherry Pie Granola Butter

๐Ÿ’ Medjool dates

For the top:

๐Ÿ’ Melted white chocolate

๐Ÿ’ Crushed graham crackersย

Here's what you'll do:

๐Ÿ’ To prepare the filling, combine the yogurt, protein powder, and Cherry Pie Granola Butter.

๐Ÿ’ Pit your medjool dates (cut halfway, not all the way through) and add a spoonful of the yogurt mixture in each one.

๐Ÿ’ Place the dates on a lined baking dish or plate (to fit in the freezer).

๐Ÿ’ Drizzle the stuffed dates with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.

๐Ÿ’ Freeze for 15 or so minutes or eat as is.

๐Ÿ’ Store in the fridge up to 4 days and the freezer for up to 1 month!
