Chocolate Granola Butter Hummus (Nut-Free, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free)
Savory hummus has been a staple in my fridge for years now, but I’m H E R E for the dessert hummus trend. It’s the sweet dip of our dreams and pairs well with pretty much anything - fruit, cookies, graham crackers, toast, you name it!
We used Chocolate Granola Butter in this recipe, but you could also make this with Birthday Cake, Cookie Dough, or Vanilla 😋😋
Here’s what you’ll need:
🍫 1 ½ cups garbanzo beans
🍫 1 tablespoon brown sugar
🍫 2 tablespoons cacao powder
🍫 1-2 tablespoons Chocolate Granola Butter
🍫 Bloop of maple syrup
🍫 Splash of almond milk to thin as needed
Here’s what you’ll do:
🍫 Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
🍫 Add additional garbanzo beans/GB if consistency is too thin. Add additional almond milk if consistency is too thick.
🍫 Pair with your favorite cookies, fruit, pretzels, etc. and dive on in!
