Chocolate Granola Butter Lava Mug Cake (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Nut-Free)
I’m on a mug cake KICK and this is something I could literally eat every day, it's that good. This Chocolate GB version is 🤤🤤 but you could honestly recreate with any GB flavor! Dying to try it with our new Brownie Batter flavor 💥
Here’s what you’ll need:
🍫 ¼ cup flour (almond, whole wheat, oat, whatever you have!)
🍫 2 tbsp cocoa powder
🍫 ¼ tsp baking powder
🍫 2 tbsp sugar (maple syrup, brown sugar, coconut sugar, anything you like!)
🍫 ¼ cup + 1 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
🍫 2 tbsp avocado oil
Here’s what you’ll do:
🍫 Combine your wet ingredients before whisking in the milk and oil
🍫 Pour your batter into a microwave safe mug and add a heaping spoonful of Chocolate Granola Butter to the center
🍫 Microwave for 70 seconds
🍫 Carefully remove from the microwave (it’ll be hot!) and top with your favorite toppings (whipped cream, more GB, sprinkles, etc.) 🤤🤤
