Cinnamon Raisin Granola ButterĀ® Bagel Bombs
This is all I want for breakfast on New Years Day, tbh. And if you're not a cinnamon raisin fan, there are so many good combos you could make with this recipe baseĀ š¤¤
Here's what you'll need for the bagels:
š„Æ 1 Ā¼ cup all-purpose flour
š„ÆĀ 2 tsp baking powder
š„ÆĀ Ā¼ tsp baking soda
š„ÆĀ Ā½ tsp salt
š„ÆĀ 1 Ā½ tsp cinnamon
š„ÆĀ 1 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice
š„ÆĀ 1 cup greek yogurt
š„ÆĀ 2 tbsp Vanilla Granola ButterĀ®
š„ÆĀ ā cup raisins
š„ÆĀ 1 Ā½ tsp cinnamonĀ

Here's what you'll need for the filling/topping:
š„ÆĀ Cream cheese (filling)
š„ÆĀ 1 egg + 1 tbsp water, for egg wash (topping)
š„ÆĀ Optional: cinnamon sugar mixture (topping)

Here's what you'll do:
š„ÆĀ Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
š„ÆĀ In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sweetener, and whisk to combine.
š„ÆĀ Add in the greek yogurt and Granola ButterĀ®, and mix until fully combined. Fold in raisins.
š„ÆĀ Lay the dough on a floured surface and shape into a round circle with your hands.
š„ÆĀ Cut the dough into 8 pieces and form the pieces into balls.
š„ÆĀ Flatten each ball of dough out and put ~1 tbsp of cream cheese in the middle of each.
š„ÆĀ Fold the sides over the cream cheese, pinch them together, and use your hands to shape into a ball.
š„ÆĀ In a small bowl, beat the egg and water together for the egg wash.
š„ÆĀ Brush the egg wash on top of each bagel, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of each if desired.
š„ÆĀ Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. DEVOUR.
