Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats
We love a good Cinnamon Roll anything. 🌀🤎

Ingredients
Oat Mixture
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ cup Almond milk
- 2 tablespoons Original Granola Butter
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
Frosting
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend rolled oats in a high powered blender until finely ground. Add baking powder, soda, salt, almond milk and blend until smooth.
- Pour into greased ramekin or oven-safe dish.
- Swirl granola butter & add white chocolate chips to top of batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
- While baking, make frosting. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
- Remove from oven, let cool and frost with frosting.
