Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats

We love a good Cinnamon Roll anything. 🌀🤎

Ingredients 

Oat Mixture

  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Original Granola Butter
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips

Frosting

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. Blend rolled oats in a high powered blender until finely ground. Add baking powder, soda, salt, almond milk and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into greased ramekin or oven-safe dish. 
  3. Swirl granola butter & add white chocolate chips to top of batter. 
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for for 30 minutes or until cooked through. 
  5. While baking, make frosting. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool and frost with frosting. 
  7. Inhale
