Cinnamon Roll Banana Cake (Nut-Free)

Here's what you'll need:
🍌 3 cups all-purpose flour
🍌 1 cup granulated sugar
🍌 4 tsp baking powder
🍌 1 ¼ cup milk
🍌 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍌 2 eggs, at room temperature
🍌 1 stick butter, melted and slightly cooled
🍌 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
🍌 ¼ cup sugar + 3 tsp cinnamon, for topping
For the cinnamon roll swirl:
🍌 ½ cup Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter®
For the maple glaze:
🍌 ½ cup powdered sugar
🍌 2 tbsp maple syrup
🍌 ½ tbsp milk
🍌 1 tsp vanilla extract
Here's what you'll do:
🍌 Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
🍌 In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Set aside.
🍌 In a medium separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, eggs, and butter until well combined. Add in the mashed banana and mix to combine.
🍌 Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and use a wooden spoon to mix until combined.
🍌 Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Then, dollop the Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter® on top and use a knife to gently swirl around. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture all over the top.
🍌 Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
🍌 While the cake is baking, make the maple glaze. Whisk together the ingredients for the maple glaze in a small bowl.
🍌 Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and then drizzle the glaze over top.
🍌 Serve warm, top with more Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter® & INHALE.
