Cinnamon Roll Banana Cake (Nut-Free)

Here's what you'll need:
๐ 3 cups all-purpose flour
๐ 1 cup granulated sugar
๐ 4 tsp baking powder
๐ 1 ยผ cup milk
๐ 1 tsp vanilla extract
๐ 2 eggs, at room temperature
๐ 1 stick butter, melted and slightly cooled
๐ 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
๐ ยผ cup sugar + 3 tsp cinnamon, for topping
For the cinnamon roll swirl:
๐ ยฝ cup Cinnamon Roll Granola Butterยฎ
For the maple glaze:
๐ ยฝ cup powdered sugar
๐ 2 tbsp maple syrup
๐ ยฝ tbsp milk
๐ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Here's what you'll do:
๐ Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8โ baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
๐ In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Set aside.
๐ In a medium separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, eggs, and butter until well combined. Add in the mashed banana and mix to combine.
๐ Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and use a wooden spoon to mix until combined.
๐ Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Then, dollop the Cinnamon Rollย Granola Butterยฎย on top and use a knife to gently swirl around. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture all over the top.
๐ Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
๐ While the cake is baking, make the maple glaze. Whisk together the ingredients for the maple glaze in a small bowl.
๐ Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and then drizzle the glaze over top.
