Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll Ups (Nut-Free, GFO)

You absolutely *need* theseย Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll Ups in your life!!!

Here's what you'll need:

๐ŸคŽ 12 slices of bread (can use GF)

๐ŸคŽ Butter for greasing the pan (can use vegan)

For the egg mixture:

๐ŸคŽ 1 egg

๐ŸคŽ 3 tbsp milk

๐ŸคŽ 1 tsp vanilla extract

๐ŸคŽ ยฝ tsp cinnamon

For the filling:

๐ŸคŽ ยฝ cup Cinnamon Roll Granola Butterยฎ

For the cinnamon sugar coating:

๐ŸคŽ ยผ cup granulated sugar

๐ŸคŽ 3 tsp cinnamon

For the cream cheese glaze:

๐ŸคŽ 4 tbsp cream cheese, at room temperature

๐ŸคŽ 2 ยฝ tbsp powdered sugar

๐ŸคŽ ยผ tsp vanilla extract

๐ŸคŽ 2 tbsp milk of choice

Here's what you'll do:

๐ŸคŽย Start by making the cream cheese glaze. Combine all of the ingredients for the cream cheese glaze in a small bowl and beat together until smooth and well combined; set aside.

๐ŸคŽย Prepare the egg mixture by beating together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small bowl.

๐ŸคŽย Then, prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture by mixing the granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Set aside.

๐ŸคŽย Roll out the 12 slices of bread with a rolling pin until flattened.

๐ŸคŽย Spread ~ยฝ tbsp of the Cinnamon Rollย Granola Butterยฎย onto each slice of the bread, and then roll up into little logs.

๐ŸคŽย In a nonstick pan, heat up a small amount of butter over low medium heat. Dip the roll ups into the egg mixture, and then place them on the pan.

๐ŸคŽย Keep turning the french toast roll ups every 30-45 seconds or until slightly golden brown on each side.

๐ŸคŽย Remove from the pan, and immediately roll them in the prepared cinnamon sugar coating mixture.

๐ŸคŽย Plate and serve with cream cheese glaze as a topping or dip. INHALE!
