Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll Ups (Nut-Free, GFO)

Here's what you'll need:
๐ค 12 slices of bread (can use GF)
๐ค Butter for greasing the pan (can use vegan)
For the egg mixture:
๐ค 1 egg
๐ค 3 tbsp milk
๐ค 1 tsp vanilla extract
๐ค ยฝ tsp cinnamon
For the filling:
๐ค ยฝ cup Cinnamon Roll Granola Butterยฎ
For the cinnamon sugar coating:
๐ค ยผ cup granulated sugar
๐ค 3 tsp cinnamon
For the cream cheese glaze:
๐ค 4 tbsp cream cheese, at room temperature
๐ค 2 ยฝ tbsp powdered sugar
๐ค ยผ tsp vanilla extract
๐ค 2 tbsp milk of choice

Here's what you'll do:
๐คย Start by making the cream cheese glaze. Combine all of the ingredients for the cream cheese glaze in a small bowl and beat together until smooth and well combined; set aside.
๐คย Prepare the egg mixture by beating together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
๐คย Then, prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture by mixing the granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Set aside.
๐คย Roll out the 12 slices of bread with a rolling pin until flattened.
๐คย Spread ~ยฝ tbsp of the Cinnamon Rollย Granola Butterยฎย onto each slice of the bread, and then roll up into little logs.
๐คย In a nonstick pan, heat up a small amount of butter over low medium heat. Dip the roll ups into the egg mixture, and then place them on the pan.
๐คย Keep turning the french toast roll ups every 30-45 seconds or until slightly golden brown on each side.
๐คย Remove from the pan, and immediately roll them in the prepared cinnamon sugar coating mixture.
๐คย Plate and serve with cream cheese glaze as a topping or dip. INHALE!
