Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Puff Galette!!

Here's what you'll need:

šŸ§” 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to instructions

šŸ§” 10 Ā½ oz cream cheese, at room temperature

šŸ§” 6 tbsp powdered sugar

šŸ§” 1 Ā½ tsp vanilla extract

šŸ§” ā…“ cup Cinnamon Roll Granola ButterĀ®

šŸ§” 1 egg + 1 tbsp water, for egg wash

šŸ§” Ā¼ cup + 3 tsp cinnamon


Here's what you'll do:

šŸ§” PreheatĀ oven to 350F. Line an oven proof baking dish or skillet with parchment paper; set aside.

šŸ§” To make the filling beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

šŸ§” Place the thawed puff pastry into the prepared dish or skillet.

šŸ§” Spread the cheesecake filling over the puff pastry. Then, dollop the Cinnamon Roll Granola ButterĀ® on top of the cheesecake mixture and use a knife to gently swirl around.
