Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Puff Galette!!

Instantly impress your friends, parents & in-laws with this Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter® Cheesecake Puff Galette!! It sounds like you need a Parisian culinary degree to whip this one up, but we promise it's so simple & will soon become a weekly brunch favorite 😍

 

Here's what you'll need:

🧡 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to instructions

🧡 10 ½ oz cream cheese, at room temperature

🧡 6 tbsp powdered sugar

🧡 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

🧡 ⅓ cup Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter®

🧡 1 egg + 1 tbsp water, for egg wash

🧡 ¼ cup + 3 tsp cinnamon

 

Here's what you'll do:

🧡 Preheat oven to 350F. Line an oven proof baking dish or skillet with parchment paper; set aside.

🧡 To make the filling beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

🧡 Place the thawed puff pastry into the prepared dish or skillet.

🧡 Spread the cheesecake filling over the puff pastry. Then, dollop the Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter® on top of the cheesecake mixture and use a knife to gently swirl around.

🧡 Fold the corner of the pastry in and brush with the egg wash. Then, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar around the edges.

🧡 Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown.

🧡 Remove from the oven, and top with powdered sugar or ice cream & more Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter® if desired. INHALE!!
