Cinnamon Roll Snack Cakes

Celebrate the return of Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter with some 🎂.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups gluten-free 1:1 flour 
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter 
  • 1/4 cup Oat Haus Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 2 large eggs, room temp
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Yogurt frosting: mix greek yogurt with cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, Granola Butter, maple syrup, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour into the pan and swirl in Granola Butter on top. 
  6. Bake for 22–28 minutes until the center is set.
  7. Let cool, add yogurt frosting, slice, and enjoy!
