Cinnamon Roll Snack Cakes
Celebrate the return of Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter with some đ.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups gluten-free 1:1 flourÂ
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup melted butterÂ
- 1/4 cup Oat Haus Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrupÂ
- 1/2 cup milkÂ
- 2 large eggs, room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Yogurt frosting: mix greek yogurt with cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan.
- Whisk together melted butter, Granola Butter, maple syrup, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined.
- Pour into the pan and swirl in Granola Butter on top.Â
- Bake for 22â28 minutes until the center is set.
- Let cool, add yogurt frosting, slice, and enjoy!
