Cookie Dough Banana Protein Bites
Another sweet treat for 3PM. 🍌✨
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate
- Cookie Dough Granola Butter
- Protein powder of choice
- Greek yogurt
- Banana (or any fruit you like!)
Instructions
- Melt down your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix greek yogurt and 1 scoop of protein powder
- Add a layer of melted chocolate to mini muffin liners.
- Then layer in Granola Butter, banana slice, and your protein mixture.
- Top it all off with another chocolate layer.
- Set in the freezer until chocolate has fully hardened, at least 15 min.
