Cookie Dough Protein Granola Balls | Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan
Ingredients:
🍪 1 cup Cookie Dough Granola
🍪 1/3 cup Cookie Dough Granola Butter
🍪 1/4 cup maple syrup
🍪 1/4 cup almond flour
🍪 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🍪 Pinch of salt
🍪 2 tbsp unflavored protein powder
🍪 Vegan melted chocolate (for coating)
🍪 Sea salt flakes (for garnish)
Instructions:
🍪 In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cookie Dough Granola, Cookie Dough Granola Butter, maple syrup, almond flour, vanilla extract, salt, and protein powder. Mix until well combined and the mixture sticks together.
🍪 Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the balls on a parchment-lined tray. If needed, chill the granola balls in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
🍪 Dip each ball in melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place them back on the parchment-lined tray.
🍪 Sprinkle each ball with a pinch of sea salt flakes while the chocolate is still wet. Enjoy!
🍪 Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
