Cookie Dough Granola Balls

Cookie Dough Granola Balls Coated in Chocolate

Ingredients:

๐Ÿช 1 cup Cookie Dough Granola

๐Ÿช 1/3 cup Cookie Dough Granola Butter

๐Ÿช 1/4 cup maple syrup

๐Ÿช 1/4 cup almond flour

๐Ÿช 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

๐Ÿช Pinch of salt

๐Ÿช 2 tbsp unflavored protein powder

๐Ÿช Melted chocolate (for coating)

๐Ÿช Sea salt flakes (for garnish)

Instructions:

๐Ÿช In a large mixing bowl, combine the cookie dough granola, granola butter, maple syrup, almond flour, vanilla extract, salt, and protein powder. Mix until well combined and the mixture sticks together.

๐Ÿช Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the balls on a parchment-lined tray. If needed, chill the granola balls in the fridge for 15โ€“20 minutes to firm up.

๐Ÿช Dip each ball in melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place them back on the parchment-lined tray.

๐Ÿช Sprinkle each ball with a pinch of sea salt flakes while the chocolate is still wet. Enjoy!

๐Ÿช Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
