Gluten Free Cookie Dough Skillet
The warmest, ooey-gooey-est treat you'll ever eat! 🍪

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup coconut oil or butter
- ½ cup sugar of choice
- ¼ cup maple or date syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Handful of chocolate chips
- About ⅓ cup of Oat Haus Cookie Dough Granola Butter
Optional:
- Flaky salt
- Whipped cream/ice cream
Instructions
- Grease a 9” or 10” cast iron skillet.
- Combine the flours, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the egg, oil/butter, syrup, and sugar.
- Pour into the bowl with the flour and mix gently until combined. Add in the chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture in the skillet. Add in dollops of the Cookie Dough Granola Butter on top.
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. (Or bake until your desired level).
- Top with flaky salt and whipped cream/ice cream and then grab a spoon or two and dig in!
