Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Cups
The cheesecake jars queen @lovelydelites inspired us to make our very own Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Cups πͺπ«

Cheesecake Filling:
πͺ 1 cup cottage cheese
πͺ 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
πͺ ΒΌ-β cup maple syrup (add more if prefer sweeter, taste and adjust)
πͺ 1 tsp vanilla extract
πͺ β cup Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
Crust:
πͺ 1 tbsp Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
πͺ 3/4 cup Cookies & Cream Granola (crushed)
Instructions:Β
πͺ In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cookies & cream granola butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
πͺ In a blender, pulse the crushed Cookies & Cream Granola with Granola Butter until a crumbly mixture forms.
πͺ Assemble jars by adding a tablespoon or two of the crust mixture to the bottom, then 1/4 cup of the cheesecake filling.
πͺ Top with more of the granola mixture, chocolate, or fruit
πͺ Enjoy immediately or chill for a firmer texture!
