Cookies and Cream Protein Chia Pudding | 17g protein, GF, Vegan, Nut Free

The ultimate morning pick-me-up! 😍

Ingredients

  • 3T chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup protein shake (we used OWYN Cookies & Cream flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons Oat Haus Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
  • 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips
  • 2T mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions 

  1. Pour chia seeds into a bowl or tupperware, and add protein shake to cover.
  2. Stir mixture and refrigerate while you prepare the white chocolate mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 15 second increments until melted.
  4. Pour melted white chocolate on top of oats mixture, swirl in the Granola Butter and add dark chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
