Cookies and Cream Protein Chia Pudding | 17g protein, GF, Vegan, Nut Free
The ultimate morning pick-me-up! 😍

Ingredients
- 3T chia seeds
- 3/4 cup protein shake (we used OWYN Cookies & Cream flavor)
- 2 tablespoons Oat Haus Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips
- 2T mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Pour chia seeds into a bowl or tupperware, and add protein shake to cover.
- Stir mixture and refrigerate while you prepare the white chocolate mixture.
- In a separate bowl, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 15 second increments until melted.
- Pour melted white chocolate on top of oats mixture, swirl in the Granola Butter and add dark chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
