COOKIES & CREAM:
Stuffed Cookies
Plus up this sugar cookie recipe -- but make it easy. 💯

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ½ cups gluten-free flour blend
Instructions
- Using a melon baller or spoon, scoop Granola Butter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and gluten-free flour and mix until combined.
- Remove the frozen Granola Butter from the freezer and wrap each one in cookie dough. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes and faceplant!

Protein Cookies
We love a touch of protein as much as we love a good cookies and cream combo. And in our cookies? Mhmm. 👏

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1/4 cup Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients together and scoop onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and inhale!

Shake
Another take on a cookies & cream shake. Just add Cookies and Cream Granola Butter and protein. 🤍🖤

- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp Oat Haus Cookies and Cream Granola Butter
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 cookies of choice
- 1-2 tbsp protein powder (add more or less as you’d like)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass, add whip cream and one crushed cookie.
- Enjoy!

Smoothie

Instructions
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp Oat Haus Brownie Batter Granola Butter
Ingredients
- Drizzle glass with Granola Butter.
- Blend remaining ingredients and pour.
- Drink up!

Cheesecake Cups
The ultimate summer treat. 🍓

Ingredients
Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼-⅓ cup maple syrup (add more if prefer sweeter, taste and adjust)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
Crust:
- 1 tbsp Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 3/4 cup Cookies & Cream Granola (crushed)
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and c Cookies & Cream Granola Butter Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a blender, pulse the crushed Cookies & Cream Granola with Cookies & Cream Granola Butter until a crumbly mixture forms.
- Assemble jars by adding a tablespoon or two of the crust mixture to the bottom, then 1/4 cup of the cheesecake filling.
- Top with more of the granola mixture, chocolate, or fruit
- Enjoy immediately or chill for a firmer texture!

Martini
The martini we all actually need. Move over espresso, hello c&c. 🤤

Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz or more Cookies n Cream Granola Butter (2 tbsp)
- 2 oz milk (4 tbsp)
- Melted chocolate for rim
- Mini oreo for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the granola butter with milk until it’s fully blended.
- In a shaker, add the milk with the vodka. Shake for a few seconds.
- Dip your martini glass in the melted chocolate to cover the rim.
- Pour the drink in your glass and top with a mini oreo.

Bark
This bark is extra and we 🤍🖤 it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1-2 tsp coconut oil
- Cookies & Cream Granola
- Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- Crushed cookies & cream cookies
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt your chocolate chips with coconut oil on the stove top or microwave in 2-3 15-second increments and stir in between.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle Cookies 'n Cream Granola, Granola Butter, and crushed cookies on top over the chocolate.
- Place in the fridge or freezer until fully set. Break into pieces and enjoy!
- Store any remaining in the freezer in an airtight container or bag for up to 1 month.

Puff Pastry Twists
The twist on puff pastries that we all need.

Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed at room temperature
- ½ cup Cookies n Cream Granola Butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- Crushed chocolate cookies
- Optional: melted white chocolate
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400f. And line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.

Spread a layer of Cookies n Cream Granola Butter evenly over the entire surface of one of the puff pastry sheets.

Carefully add the second puff pastry sheet on top and cut into strips, approx. 1 inch wide.

Twist each strip into a spiral shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each twist.

Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pastry twists for a golden finish.

Top with cookie crumbles.

Bake them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the twists are puffed up and golden brown.

Allow the twists to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with the melted white chocolate.

Mini Waffles
The cutest breakfast for any c&c lover. 😋🧇

Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour (or 1:1 regular flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2-3 tbsp unflavored protein powder (add more if you’d like, but add more liquid)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 1/4 cup Cookies & Cream Granola
Top with:
- More granola/whipped cream/melted chocolate
Instructions:
- Preheat the mini waffle maker and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, oil, and Cookies & Cream Granola Butter until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. The batter should be slightly thick.
- Add in the crushed Cookies & Cream Granola.
- Spoon small amounts of batter into the waffle maker, spreading evenly. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until golden. Repeat process for remaining batter.
- Top the waffles with a drizzle of Cookies & Cream Granola Butter extra crushed Cookies & Cream Granola, whipped cream, and/or chocolate syrup.

Banana Bread
Another banana + c&c combo that you'll adore. 💅

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Cookies & Cream Granola Butter + more for garnish
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the ultimate healthy dessert spread: Cookies & Cream Granola Butter, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, and eggs until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the Cookies & Cream Granola Butter for a nice crunch throughout the bread. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into slices.

Waffles

Ingredients
For the waffles:
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp Cookies & Cream Granola Butter® (add more if you prefer sweeter)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Opt. mini white chocolate chips
- Oil for greasing
For the glaze:
- 1 tbsp Cookies & Cream Granola Butter®
- 3-4 tbsp coconut yogurt
- Crushed cookies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients including the Cookies & Cream Granola Butter®.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix gently until combined.
- Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil to prevent sticking.
- Pour the batter in and spread it evenly using a spoon.
- Close the iron and cook for about 10 minutes or until the waffles look golden brown.
- Carefully remove the waffles and serve with the glaze and maple syrup.
- Enjoy!!!

Protein Chia Pudding
With a shell made of chocolate? Nom.😍

Ingredients
- 3T chia seeds
- 3/4 cup protein shake (we used OWYN Cookies & Cream flavor)
- 2 tablespoons Oat Haus Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips
- 2T mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Pour chia seeds into a bowl or tupperware, and add protein shake to cover.
- Stir mixture and refrigerate while you prepare the white chocolate mixture.
- In a separate bowl, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 15 second increments until melted.
- Pour melted white chocolate on top of oats mixture, swirl in the Granola Butter and add dark chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
