Cookies & Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients
π 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
π 1 tsp baking soda
π 1/2 tsp baking powder
π 1/4 salt
π 3 ripe bananas, mashed
π 1/3 cup Cookies n Cream Granola Butter
π 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
π 1/3 cup coconut sugar
π 2 eggs
π 1/3 cup Cookies n Cream Granola + more for garnish
Directions
π Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
π In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the Cookies n' Cream Granola Butter, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, and eggs until fully combined.
π Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
π Gently fold in the Cookies n' Cream Granola for a nice crunch throughout the bread. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
π Bake in the preheated oven for 45β50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
π Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into slices.
