Cookies & Cream Protein Crunch Balls

Cookies & Cream Protein Crunch Balls are here to satisfy your sweet tooth and give you a boost of protein at the same time. 💯💯

Ingredients 

  • 2-3 rice cakes
  • ⅓ cup Oat Haus Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
  • 3 tbsp date or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp or more protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • Splash of coconut oil
  • Crushed oreos or chocolate cookies

Instructions 

  1. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil using a stovetop or microwave.
  2. Add date syrup, crushed rice cakes, Granola Butter, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into balls and place on parchment paper. Freeze for 10 minutes and then coat with the melted chocolate. Top with crushed cookies.
  4. Store any remaining in the fridge for up to 3 days and in the freezer for up to 1 month.
