Ingredients
- 2-3 rice cakes
- ⅓ cup Oat Haus Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 3 tbsp date or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp or more protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- Splash of coconut oil
- Crushed oreos or chocolate cookies
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil using a stovetop or microwave.
- Add date syrup, crushed rice cakes, Granola Butter, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into balls and place on parchment paper. Freeze for 10 minutes and then coat with the melted chocolate. Top with crushed cookies.
- Store any remaining in the fridge for up to 3 days and in the freezer for up to 1 month.
