Cookies & Cream Puff Pastry Twists
A new kind of Cookies & Cream baked goodie.

Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed at room temperature
- ½ cup Cookies n Cream Granola Butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- Crushed chocolate cookies
- Optional: melted white chocolate
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400f. And line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.

Spread a layer of Cookies n Cream Granola Butter evenly over the entire surface of one of the puff pastry sheets.

Carefully add the second puff pastry sheet on top and cut into strips, approx. 1 inch wide.

Twist each strip into a spiral shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each twist.

Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pastry twists for a golden finish.

Top with cookie crumbles.

Bake them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the twists are puffed up and golden brown.

Allow the twists to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with the melted white chocolate.
