Cookies & Cream Waffles (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free)

Why have plain waffles when you can have COOKIES & CREAM waffles?!

Here's what you'll need:

๐Ÿง‡ 1 cup almond flour

๐Ÿง‡ ยผ cup coconut flour

๐Ÿง‡ 1 tsp baking powder

๐Ÿง‡ Pinch of salt

๐Ÿง‡ 3 tbsp Cookies & Creamย Granola Butterยฎย (add more if you prefer sweeter)

๐Ÿง‡ 2 eggs

๐Ÿง‡ 1 cup milk

๐Ÿง‡ 1 tsp vanilla extract

๐Ÿง‡ Opt. mini white chocolate chips

๐Ÿง‡ Oil for greasing

For the glaze:

๐Ÿง‡ 1 tbsp Cookies & Creamย Granola Butterยฎ

๐Ÿง‡ 3-4 tbsp coconut yogurt

๐Ÿง‡ Crushed cookies

Here's what you'll do:

๐Ÿง‡ In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt.

๐Ÿง‡ In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients including the Cookies & Creamย Granola Butterยฎ.

๐Ÿง‡ Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix gently until combined.

๐Ÿง‡ Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil to prevent sticking.

๐Ÿง‡ Pour the batter in and spread it evenly using a spoon.

๐Ÿง‡ Close the iron and cook for about 10 minutes or until the waffles look golden brown.

๐Ÿง‡ Carefully remove the waffles and serve with the glaze and maple syrup. Enjoy!!!
