Cookies & Cream Waffles (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free)
Why have plain waffles when you can have COOKIES & CREAM waffles?!

Here's what you'll need:
๐ง 1 cup almond flour
๐ง ยผ cup coconut flour
๐ง 1 tsp baking powder
๐ง Pinch of salt
๐ง 3 tbsp Cookies & Creamย Granola Butterยฎย (add more if you prefer sweeter)
๐ง 2 eggs
๐ง 1 cup milk
๐ง 1 tsp vanilla extract
๐ง Opt. mini white chocolate chips
๐ง Oil for greasing
For the glaze:
๐ง 1 tbsp Cookies & Creamย Granola Butterยฎ
๐ง 3-4 tbsp coconut yogurt
๐ง Crushed cookies

Here's what you'll do:
๐ง In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt.
๐ง In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients including the Cookies & Creamย Granola Butterยฎ.
๐ง Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix gently until combined.
๐ง Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil to prevent sticking.
๐ง Pour the batter in and spread it evenly using a spoon.
๐ง Close the iron and cook for about 10 minutes or until the waffles look golden brown.
๐ง Carefully remove the waffles and serve with the glaze and maple syrup. Enjoy!!!
