Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Rolls

Protein-packed cinnamon rolls to start the day. ☺️🤸

Ingredients

Wet 

  • 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 

Dry

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Filling

  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon

Icing

Instructions

  1. Mix together the wet and the dry mixtures (saving 2 tbsp of wet mixture for your icing!).
  2. Knead into a ball and roll out.
  3. Spread on butter and cinnamon sugar.
  4. Roll from the widest side and cut 1 inch apart.
  5. Bake for 15 mins @ 350F.
  6. Glaze with icing + enjoy!
