Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Rolls
Protein-packed cinnamon rolls to start the day. ☺️🤸

Ingredients
Wet
- 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Dry
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
Filling
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
Icing
- 2 tbsp of left over wet mixture
- 3 tbsp Cinnamon Roll Granola Butter
Instructions
- Mix together the wet and the dry mixtures (saving 2 tbsp of wet mixture for your icing!).
- Knead into a ball and roll out.
- Spread on butter and cinnamon sugar.
- Roll from the widest side and cut 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 15 mins @ 350F.
- Glaze with icing + enjoy!
