Crispy Banana Sushi Rolls (GF, DF, Vegan)

Everything is better in sushi form, including dessert 🍣 These Crispy Banana Sushi Rolls with Cookie Dough Granola Butter® are so simple, easy & delicious!! Plus, they're dairy-free and gluten-free for all our allergy girlies 💁‍♀️

Here's what you'll need:

🍌 4 rice paper wrappers

🍌 1 banana

🍌 ¼ cup Cookie Dough Granola Butter® (could honestly use any GB flavor though!) 

 

Here's what you'll do:

🍌 Start by cutting the banana in half, and then slice the halves down the middle to create banana quarters.

🍌 Dip the rice paper in room temperature water for 10 seconds, then place onto a dry surface.

🍌 Place one quarter of the banana in the middle of the rice paper. Then, spread ~1 tbsp of the Granola Butter® on top of the banana.

🍌 To fold, bring the sides over, then bring the bottom portion up, and roll while tucking in without any filling falling out.

🍌 Repeat with the remaining rice paper wrappers and filling ingredients.

🍌 To a nonstick pan, add butter (vegan or reg) over medium-high heat.

🍌 Add the rice paper rolls to the pan and allow them to cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

🍌 Serve and dip in greek yogurt (or more GB!!) if desired. Enjoy!
