Frozen Salted Caramel Protein S'mores

Mhmm. Frozen with a salty-sweet twist and some protein. We're always here to up your s'mores game. 

Ingredients

  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 serving unflavored or vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Salted Caramel Granola Butter (adjust to taste)
  • Graham crackers (about 18)
  • Melted chocolate (enough to cover the graham crackers fully)

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Pour a layer of melted chocolate over the graham crackers.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the cool whip, protein powder, and salted caramel granola butter until smooth and combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the chocolate-covered graham crackers.
  6. Top with another layer of graham crackers, gently pressing them into the filling.
  7. Freeze for about 30 minutes, or until firm enough to slice.
  8. Cut them up individually and enjoy!

 

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying for the best texture.
