Frozen Salted Caramel Protein S'mores
Mhmm. Frozen with a salty-sweet twist and some protein. We're always here to up your s'mores game.

Ingredients
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 serving unflavored or vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup Salted Caramel Granola Butter (adjust to taste)
- Graham crackers (about 18)
- Melted chocolate (enough to cover the graham crackers fully)
Instructions
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate over the graham crackers.
- In a bowl, mix together the cool whip, protein powder, and salted caramel granola butter until smooth and combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chocolate-covered graham crackers.
- Top with another layer of graham crackers, gently pressing them into the filling.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes, or until firm enough to slice.
- Cut them up individually and enjoy!
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying for the best texture.
