Granola Butter® 'Fluffernutter' Toaster Strudel (Nut-Free, Dairy-Free)

Fluffernutter, but make it NUT-FREE, baby!!! You'll have to taste these to believe 'em 😛 

Here's what you'll need:

🔥 1 package (2 sheets) puff pastry thawed according to instructions

🔥 ⅓ cup fluff or marshmallow spread

🔥 ⅓ cup Original Granola Butter®

🔥 1 egg + 1 tbsp almond milk, for egg wash

 

Here's what you'll do:

🔥 Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

🔥 Unfold the puff pastry on a large sheet of parchment paper and cut each sheet into 6 equal rectangles (12 total).

🔥 Spoon ~1 tbsp of fluff over 6 of the rectangles and spread, leaving about a ½” border along the edges.

🔥 Then, spread ~1 tbsp of Original Granola Butter® on top of the fluff on each of the rectangles.

🔥 Lightly brush the edges with the egg wash mixture.

🔥 Place the other 6 rectangles over the fluff and Original Granola Butter® coated rectangles.

🔥 Use a fork to press and seal the edges.

🔥 Transfer the puff pastries to the prepared baking sheet, and place in the fridge to chill for 10-15 minutes.

🔥 Once chilled, brush the tops of each strudel lightly with the egg wash mixture.

🔥 Bake for 17-22 minutes or until golden brown.

🔥 Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack.

🔥 Wait a few minutes and then gently press down the pastries to slightly deflate.

🔥 If desired, top with extra fluff and place under low broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes. Dip in extra GB for more deliciousness. Enjoy!
