Granola Butter簧 Twix Bars (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar-Free)

Taking a fun& festive turn on the candy we all know& love by making it withGranola Butter簧中中中 And dare we say these might be even better than the original?!!

Here's what you'll need:

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 cup almond flour

4 tbsp coconut oil

3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

pinch salt

For the caramel layer:

2/3 cOriginalGranola Butter簧

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

3-4 tbsp maple syrup

For the chocolate layer:

1/2 c dark choc chips

1-2 tbsp coconut oil

Here's what you'll do:

Preheat your oven to 350 f and line a 6x6 baking pan.

Combine all Shortbread Layer ingredients in a small bowl.

Place mixture in the pan and press down evenly using your hands and a spatula.

Bake for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 15-20 minutes.

To make the Caramel Layer, combine all ingredients and add to a pan on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Once the shortbread layer is cooled, spread the caramel layer evenly on top and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes or until frozen.

To make the Chocolate Layer, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil on low heat and set to the side.

Remove the pan from the freezer and spread the chocolate layer.

Freeze again for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate is fully frozen.

Cut into bars and store in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.

Optional: sprinkle with flaky salt on top!!! Enjoy!!!
