Granola Butter Cornbread ๐Ÿงˆ๐ŸŒฝ (Gluten-Free, Vegan)

We dare you to make this Granola Butter Cornbread for Thanksgiving ๐Ÿงˆ๐ŸŒฝย

Here's what you'll need:

โšก๏ธ 1 cup cornmeal

โšก๏ธ 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

โšก๏ธ 1 tbsp baking powder

โšก๏ธ ยฝ tsp salt

โšก๏ธ ยฝ cup Original Granola Butter

โšก๏ธ ยผ cup maple syrup (โ…“ cup if prefer sweeter)ย 

โšก๏ธ 1 cup + 2 tbsp milk of choice

โšก๏ธ ยผ cup melted coconut oil or butter

Here's what you'll do:

โšก๏ธ Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.

โšก๏ธ In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.

โšก๏ธ In a smaller bowl, mix the Original Granola Butter, maple syrup, milk, and melted coconut oil until smooth.

โšก๏ธ Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

โšก๏ธ Pour the batter into your baking dish and smooth out the top using a spatula. Add dollops of Original Granola Butter on top and spread it out carefully.

โšก๏ธ Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
