Granola Butter Cornbread ๐ง๐ฝ (Gluten-Free, Vegan)

Here's what you'll need:
โก๏ธ 1 cup cornmeal
โก๏ธ 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
โก๏ธ 1 tbsp baking powder
โก๏ธ ยฝ tsp salt
โก๏ธ ยฝ cup Original Granola Butter
โก๏ธ ยผ cup maple syrup (โ cup if prefer sweeter)ย
โก๏ธ 1 cup + 2 tbsp milk of choice
โก๏ธ ยผ cup melted coconut oil or butter

Here's what you'll do:
โก๏ธ Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
โก๏ธ In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
โก๏ธ In a smaller bowl, mix the Original Granola Butter, maple syrup, milk, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
โก๏ธ Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
โก๏ธ Pour the batter into your baking dish and smooth out the top using a spatula. Add dollops of Original Granola Butter on top and spread it out carefully.
โก๏ธ Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
