Granola Butter Cornbread 🧈🌽 (Gluten-Free, Vegan)
We dare you to make this Granola Butter Cornbread for Thanksgiving 🧈🌽
Here's what you'll need:
⚡️ 1 cup cornmeal
⚡️ 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
⚡️ 1 tbsp baking powder
⚡️ ½ tsp salt
⚡️ ½ cup Original Granola Butter
⚡️ ¼ cup maple syrup (⅓ cup if prefer sweeter)
⚡️ 1 cup + 2 tbsp milk of choice
⚡️ ¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter
Here's what you'll do:
⚡️ Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
⚡️ In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
⚡️ In a smaller bowl, mix the Original Granola Butter, maple syrup, milk, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
⚡️ Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
⚡️ Pour the batter into your baking dish and smooth out the top using a spatula. Add dollops of Original Granola Butter on top and spread it out carefully.
⚡️ Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
⚡️ Let cool before cutting into squares. Add butter on top and enjoy! 🌽
