Granola Butter Donuts (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free)

If the donut doesn't have sprinkles, I don't want it!!! These beauties are sprinkle-filled (duh), plus they're GF & DF for all our food intolerance queensย ๐Ÿ’–

Here's what you'll need:

๐Ÿฅณ 1 cup gluten-free flour mix

๐Ÿฅณ 1/4 cup Birthday Cakeย Granola Butterยฎ

๐Ÿฅณ 1 egg or flax egg

๐Ÿฅณ 1/4 cup coconut sugar

๐Ÿฅณ 1/2 cup almond milk

๐Ÿฅณ 1 tsp vanilla

๐Ÿฅณ 1 tsp baking powder

๐Ÿฅณ 1 tsp salt

๐Ÿฅณ Sprinkles

For the glaze:

๐Ÿฅณ 3 tbspย Birthday Cakeย Granola Butterยฎ

๐Ÿฅณ 2 tbsp almond milk

๐Ÿฅณ Sprinkles

Here's what you'll do:

๐Ÿฅณ Preheat your oven to 350F.

๐Ÿฅณ Combine the egg, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

๐Ÿฅณ Add in the flour, baking powder, salt, flour, Birthday Cakeย Granola Butterยฎ,ย and sprinkles.

๐Ÿฅณ Prep your donut mold by placing it on a baking sheet.

๐Ÿฅณ Place the dough in a zip lock bag and make a small cut in one of the corners. Pipe the batter into each donut mold.

๐Ÿฅณ Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

๐Ÿฅณ Once they are done, let them completely cool before removing from the mold.

๐Ÿฅณ To make the glaze, simply mix all 3 listed ingredients together. Add a splash of more milk if needed.

๐Ÿฅณ Dip the bottom side in the glaze and let them set.

๐Ÿฅณ Store in the fridge for up to 3 days!

*** A plastic mold would work best for this. If you have an aluminum mold, make sure to grease the pan well prior to adding the dough!!
