Granola Butter Donuts (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free)

If the donut doesn't have sprinkles, I don't want it!!! These beauties are sprinkle-filled (duh), plus they're GF & DF for all our food intolerance queens 💖

Here's what you'll need:

🥳 1 cup gluten-free flour mix

🥳 1/4 cup Birthday Cake Granola Butter®

🥳 1 egg or flax egg

🥳 1/4 cup coconut sugar

🥳 1/2 cup almond milk

🥳 1 tsp vanilla

🥳 1 tsp baking powder

🥳 1 tsp salt

🥳 Sprinkles

For the glaze:

🥳 3 tbsp Birthday Cake Granola Butter®

🥳 2 tbsp almond milk

🥳 Sprinkles

 

Here's what you'll do:

🥳 Preheat your oven to 350F.

🥳 Combine the egg, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

🥳 Add in the flour, baking powder, salt, flour, Birthday Cake Granola Butter®, and sprinkles.

🥳 Prep your donut mold by placing it on a baking sheet.

🥳 Place the dough in a zip lock bag and make a small cut in one of the corners. Pipe the batter into each donut mold.

🥳 Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

🥳 Once they are done, let them completely cool before removing from the mold.

🥳 To make the glaze, simply mix all 3 listed ingredients together. Add a splash of more milk if needed.

🥳 Dip the bottom side in the glaze and let them set.

🥳 Store in the fridge for up to 3 days!

*** A plastic mold would work best for this. If you have an aluminum mold, make sure to grease the pan well prior to adding the dough!!
