Granola Butter Donuts (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free)
If the donut doesn't have sprinkles, I don't want it!!! These beauties are sprinkle-filled (duh), plus they're GF & DF for all our food intolerance queensย ๐

Here's what you'll need:
๐ฅณ 1 cup gluten-free flour mix
๐ฅณ 1/4 cup Birthday Cakeย Granola Butterยฎ
๐ฅณ 1 egg or flax egg
๐ฅณ 1/4 cup coconut sugar
๐ฅณ 1/2 cup almond milk
๐ฅณ 1 tsp vanilla
๐ฅณ 1 tsp baking powder
๐ฅณ 1 tsp salt
๐ฅณ Sprinkles
For the glaze:
๐ฅณ 3 tbspย Birthday Cakeย Granola Butterยฎ
๐ฅณ 2 tbsp almond milk
๐ฅณ Sprinkles

Here's what you'll do:
๐ฅณ Preheat your oven to 350F.
๐ฅณ Combine the egg, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
๐ฅณ Add in the flour, baking powder, salt, flour, Birthday Cakeย Granola Butterยฎ,ย and sprinkles.
๐ฅณ Prep your donut mold by placing it on a baking sheet.
๐ฅณ Place the dough in a zip lock bag and make a small cut in one of the corners. Pipe the batter into each donut mold.
๐ฅณ Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
๐ฅณ Once they are done, let them completely cool before removing from the mold.
๐ฅณ To make the glaze, simply mix all 3 listed ingredients together. Add a splash of more milk if needed.
๐ฅณ Dip the bottom side in the glaze and let them set.
๐ฅณ Store in the fridge for up to 3 days!
*** A plastic mold would work best for this. If you have an aluminum mold, make sure to grease the pan well prior to adding the dough!!
