Nut-Free Bar Recipes
Bars on bars on bars -- no baking required. 😌
NUT-FREE PERFECT BARÂ

- 1/2 cup Cookie Dough Granola Butter (can use any flavor)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, and salt.
- Add in Granola Butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Mix. It will be very thick, I suggest using your hands to really mix well. It should eventually come together like play dough, but if it’s still too dry, add more coconut oil. You want them to be FIRM not soft and too much coconut oil will make them soft.
- Mix in chocolate chips, again using hand or spoon.
- Press into a bread pan (~8×4) and add more chocolate chips on top if desired. Press them into the top.
- Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into. Store in fridge.

BROWNIE BATTER PERFECT BARÂ

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup oat flour (can make your own with oats and a blender)
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powderÂ
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Brownie Batter Granola ButterÂ
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, and salt.
- Add in Granola Butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Mix. It will be very thick, I suggest using your hands to really mix well. It should eventually come together like playdough, but if it’s still too dry add more coconut oil. You want them to be FIRM not soft and too much coconut oil will make them soft.
- Mix in chocolate chips, again using hand or spoon.
- Press into a bread pan (~8×4) and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Remove from fridge, cut and dip in chocolate. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

NO BAKE WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BATTER CEREAL BARS

Ingredients
- 3 cups cheerios
- ½ cup Brownie Batter Granola Butter
- â…“ cup honey
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix Granola Butter and honey in a saucepan over low heat until melted and well mixed.Â
- Remove from heat and add cereal, mix well.Â
- Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.Â
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil, stir to combine. Pour over bars.
- Refrigerate for an hour or more before cutting. Keep refrigerated.
