COOKIES & CREAM PROTEIN CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients
- 3T chia seeds
- 3/4 cup protein shake (I used OWYN Cookies & Cream flavor)
- 2 tablespoons Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips
- 2T mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Pour chia seeds into a bowl or tupperware, and add protein shake to cover.
- Stir mixture and refrigerate while you prepare the white chocolate mixture.
- In a separate bowl, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 15 second increments until melted.
- Pour melted white chocolate on top of oats mixture, swirl in the Granola Butter and add dark chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!Â

HIGH PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH DIPÂ
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt (full fat tastes best)
- 2 tablespoons Cookie Dough Granola Butter
- Maple syrup to taste
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Â Serve with graham crackers or a spoon.

COOKIES & CREAM PROTEIN COOKIES

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1/4 cup Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.Â
- Mix all ingredients together and scoop onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and inhale!Â

NUT-FREE PERFECT BARÂ

Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Cookie Dough Granola Butter (can use any flavor)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, and salt.
- Add in Granola Butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Mix. It will be very thick, I suggest using your hands to really mix well. It should eventually come together like play dough, but if it’s still too dry, add more coconut oil. You want them to be FIRM not soft and too much coconut oil will make them soft.
- Mix in chocolate chips, again using hand or spoon.
- Press into a bread pan (~8×4) and add more chocolate chips on top if desired. Press them into the top.
- Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into. Store in fridge.

BROWNIE BATTER PERFECT BARÂ

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup oat flour (can make your own with oats and a blender)
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powderÂ
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Brownie Batter Granola ButterÂ
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, and salt.
- Add in Granola Butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Mix. It will be very thick, I suggest using your hands to really mix well. It should eventually come together like playdough, but if it’s still too dry add more coconut oil. You want them to be FIRM not soft and too much coconut oil will make them soft.
- Mix in chocolate chips, again using hand or spoon.

- Remove from fridge, cut and dip in chocolate. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp Brownie Batter Granola Butter
Instructions
- Drizzle glass with granola butter, then blend remaining ingredients and pour. Drink up!

BLACK FOREST PROTEIN SMOOTHIEÂ
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons Brownie Batter Granola Butter
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- 2 medjool dates (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powderÂ
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together and inhale.

COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN SMOOTHIEÂ
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons Cookie Dough Granola Butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powderÂ
- 1 whole frozen banana
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together and inhale.

COOKIES & CREAM PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATSÂ

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup protein shake (I used OWYN Cookies & Cream flavor)
- 1 tablespoon Cookies & Cream Granola Butter
- 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 Oreos (or Oreo dupe)
- Pour oats into a bowl or tupperware, and add protein shake to cover.
- Stir mixture and add 1 crushed Oreo cookie. Stir again and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 15 second increments until melted.
- Pour melted white chocolate on top of oats mixture, swirl in Granola Butter and add another crumbled Oreo.
- Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!Â

BROWNIE BATTER OVERNIGHT OATSÂ

Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons Brownie Batter Granola Butter
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into an almost-empty jar of Brownie Batter Granola Butter (or tupperware).Â
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Cookie Dough Granola Butter
Instructions
- Mix milk and oats in a bowl, then add Granola Butter to the center. Cover GB with oat mixture. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 15 second increments until melted.Â
- Pour melted chocolate over oats mixture and refrigerate for at least a few hours, ideally overnight.Â
- Inhale!
