Holiday Monkey Bread 🎄🍪

Christmas is almost here!! 🧑🏻‍🎄 If you’re still scrambling on dessert or breakfast to make, you have to try this 🎄🍪 COOKIE DOUGH HOLIDAY MONKEY BREAD 🍪 🎄

Here's what you'll need:

✨ 2 cans of biscuit dough (refrigerated, 16.3 oz each)

✨ ½ cup granulated sugar

✨ ½ cup brown sugar

✨ ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil

✨ ½ cup Cookie Dough Granola Butter

✨ 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Topping:

✨ Christmas sprinkles

✨ Melted dark chocolate

 

Here's what you'll do:

✨ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan generously with butter or non-stick spray.

✨ Cut each biscuit into quarters.

✨ Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Toss the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well coated.

✨ Place the coated biscuit pieces into the bundt pan, layering evenly.

✨ In a saucepan, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and Cookie Dough Granola Butter. Stir over low heat until smooth and combined.

✨ Evenly drizzle the mixture over the biscuit pieces in the pan.

✨ Bake for 30 minutes, or until the monkey bread is golden brown and bubbling. Let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. (Make sure to not over-bake).

✨ Invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate or board. Drizzle the melted chocolate and add sprinkles on top. Pull apart and enjoy!
