Homemade Butterfingers!! (Vegan, Nut-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

The possibilities with Granola Butter are endless… who knew candy could taste this good?! A few simple ingredients make up these homemade Butterfingers & they are DELICIOUS 😛

Here's what you'll need:

🍫 1 cup Vanilla Granola Butter

🍫 ⅓ cup maple or date syrup

🍫 1 ½ cups cornflakes

🍫 1 ½ cup chocolate chips

🍫 3 tsp coconut oil

 

Here's what you'll do:

🍫 Place the cornflakes in a ziplock bag and smash them gently with your hands, making sure they are crushed but not too fine.

🍫 Add the cornflakes to a bowl with the liquid sweetener & Granola Butter and mix until well combined. The mixture should be a bit sticky. Feel free to add a bit more sweetener if needed.

🍫 Place a spoonful of the mixture into a cup mold and let them sit in the freezer for 30 minutes.

🍫 Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil on the stovetop or the microwave in a bowl.

🍫 Once the cups have frozen, dip each one in the melted chocolate and place on a board or plate (line with parchment paper).

🍫 Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or the freezer for up to 1 month.

🍫 *If you don’t have a cup mold, you can shape the mixture by hand and place them on a lined baking sheet in the freezer.
