Hormone-Supporting Maca Chia Pudding (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)
Our friends over at Funk It Wellness are really doing the most when it comes to education + support around hormone balance and overall well-being. They recently made this hormone-friendly maca chia pudding using Original Granola Butter and we had to share the recipe with you all! It's SO GOOD ๐
Here's what you'll need for the base:
๐ 1 cup coconut milk
๐ 4 tbsp chia seeds
๐ 1 teaspoonย Organic Maca Powder
๐ 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
๐ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Here's what you'll need for the toppings:
๐ 1-2 tbsp Original Granola Butter
๐ 2 tbsp Funk It Seed Cycling Seeds
๐ Berries or whatever else your heart desires!

Here's what you'll do:
๐ Mix all of the base ingredients into a glass jar and stir until combined
๐ Cover and let sit overnight
๐ Add Granola Butter, Funk It Seeds, berries & enjoy!
