Hormone-Supporting Maca Chia Pudding (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)
Our friends over at Funk It Wellness are really doing the most when it comes to education + support around hormone balance and overall well-being. They recently made this hormone-friendly maca chia pudding using Original Granola Butter and we had to share the recipe with you all! It's SO GOOD 😋
Here's what you'll need for the base:
🍓 1 cup coconut milk
🍓 4 tbsp chia seeds
🍓 1 teaspoon Organic Maca Powder
🍓 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
🍓 1 tsp vanilla extract
Here's what you'll need for the toppings:
🍓 1-2 tbsp Original Granola Butter
🍓 2 tbsp Funk It Seed Cycling Seeds
🍓 Berries or whatever else your heart desires!
Here's what you'll do:
🍓 Mix all of the base ingredients into a glass jar and stir until combined
🍓 Cover and let sit overnight
🍓 Add Granola Butter, Funk It Seeds, berries & enjoy!
