Hot Cocoa Fudge

Gooey. Crunchy. Chocolatey. 😍

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Vanilla Granola Butter
  • A little under 1 cup coconut condensed coconut milk (7.4 oz can)
  • ½ cup Magic Spoon Cocoa Cereal + more on top
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Mini marshmallows

Instructions 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and condensed milk. Heat in 20-30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted.
  2. Once done, add the Granola Butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined and smooth. Add in the cereal and mix again.
  3. Line a small 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and cover the bottom of the pan with mini marshmallows.
  4. Pour in the fudge and smooth it out. Top with crushed cocoa cereal. 
  5. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until the fudge is firm. 
  6. One set, slice the fudge into small squares and enjoy!
