Hot Cocoa Fudge
Gooey. Crunchy. Chocolatey. 😍

Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup Vanilla Granola Butter
- A little under 1 cup coconut condensed coconut milk (7.4 oz can)
- ½ cup Magic Spoon Cocoa Cereal + more on top
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and condensed milk. Heat in 20-30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted.
- Once done, add the Granola Butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined and smooth. Add in the cereal and mix again.
- Line a small 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and cover the bottom of the pan with mini marshmallows.
- Pour in the fudge and smooth it out. Top with crushed cocoa cereal.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until the fudge is firm.
- One set, slice the fudge into small squares and enjoy!
