Here's what you'll need for the pastry:
๐ค 1 ยฝ cups self-rising flour (or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 2 ยผ tsp baking powder + ยพ tsp salt)
๐คย 1 ยฝ cups greek yogurt
๐คย ยฝ cup warm heavy cream
ย
Here's what you'll need for the filling:
๐คย ยฝ cup Cinnamon Roll Granola Butterยฎ

Here's what you'll need for the icing:
๐คย 1 scoop protein powder, flavor of choice
๐คย 2 tbsp powdered sugar
๐คย 2 tbsp milk of choice (plus more as needed)
ย
Here's what you'll do:
๐คย Preheat the oven to 375F. Grease a medium sized cast iron skillet or baking dish with softened butter; set aside.
๐คย In a large bowl, mix together the self rising flour and greek yogurt until a dough forms. If the dough is too wet to work with, add more flour 1 tbsp at a time.
๐คย On a floured surface, roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about ยผโ thick.
๐คย Spread the Cinnamon Roll Granola Butterยฎ on the surface of the dough.
๐คย First, cut the edges off, and roll them to make a โgiantโ cinnamon roll. Place that roll into the prepared skillet or baking dish.
๐คย Then, cut the remaining rectangle into 4-5 strips. Wrap the strips around the already formed cinnamon roll so it builds on the first. Continue with the remaining strips until you have a giant cinnamon roll.
๐คย Pour the warm heavy cream on top.
๐คย Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
๐คย While baking, whisk together the ingredients for the glaze.
๐คย Remove from the ovenย & drizzle the glaze over the giant cinnamon roll. Enjoy!
